Author : NAGASAMUDRAM PHANI RAJA RAO, VENNAPUSA VENKATA SIVA REDDY, JAYAM SREE HARI

Abstract :

Many different kinds of companies and other organisations in the industrial industry rely heavily on pneumatic systems. Pneumatic systems are well-known for their user-friendliness, dependability, and straightforward design. On top of that, they work well for sudden and powerful force applications. Consequently, this project's goal is to create a robust, userfriendly pneumatic sheet metal cutting and bending machine. To run the machine, a pressure of 8 to 10 bar is sufficient. The cylinder is pressurised by air that travels through the tubes, which pushes the piston out. The punch receives its power from the piston via the linkage. The resulting work piece meets all specifications, and it may be easily collected using the land clearance supplied in the die. Since the die is permanently attached, any form die may be used as needed. Because of this, we can make a broad variety of items using various types of punch dies. This way, you may get various kinds of punches accor
